Paxon Presbyterian Nursery School agrees to provide qualified staff and facilities consistent with our policies for the care and education of our child(ren). I agree to enroll my child(ren), into the Nursery School program at Paxton Presbyterian Church.
Beginning in September, payments are due on or before the 1st of each month. (September - May)

In early August you will receive a mailing including your child's class assignment, teacher's names, orientation and first day of school information and emergency form to be returned on the first day of school.
